    On Call Support

    One of our expert technicians can visit you onsite on an as needed basis. Able to solve your IT related issues our staff can also install, configure and set-up new equipment. Our team members have many years of IT experience and are Microsoft and Cisco Certified Professionals.

    Remote IT Support

    Once initial configuration is complete, we are able to remotely fix many day to day smaller issues at a far lower cost to you. By accessing your servers and network devices over the internet, our staff can monitor and perform administrative tasks without visiting your premises. Remote monitoring also has the benefit of being able to catch problems before they happen. In the case that physical intervention is required a technician can be sent without delay.

    Pro-Active Maintenance

    For larger clients (10 or more workstations and 1 server), we strongly suggest a pro-active IT support plan where a technician will conduct regular maintenance and thorough checking of IT systems to ensure business continuity. We also offer 24x7 Live monitoring of business critical systems such as servers.
