• All staff adhering to strict password & security procedures at all times; this includes confidentiality;

• In cases where you become a non-active client, certain information such as credit-card details, will be erased from our database.

You may, at any time, request your personal information that Eastern Wireless hold about you. You may also be charged a reasonable fee for this information.

There may be circumstances where Eastern Wireless will refuse a request for information, based on compliance with the National Privacy Principles. In this case, we will notify you in writing, of the reasons for refusal.
